We ship worldwide with Malca Amit, a courier specialised in the transport of fine jewellery and high-value works of art. Every shipment is fully insured and securely packaged.
Once collected from our workshop by Malca Amit, the piece is processed and shipped to the destination Country
- For non-EU destinations, the parcel is handed over upon arrival to UPS or FedEx, who manage local customs clearance and duty payment procedures where applicable.
- Delivery is made only upon mandatory signature.We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, as this would void the insurance coverage
Shipping costs, as well as any local duties and taxes, are calculated at checkout based on the destination Country.
Processing times: 4–5 business days for jewelry in stock, 3–5 weeks for custom creations
Delivery times: 3–4 business days within the UE. From 7 business days outside the UE
- Return policy: We want you to love your jewel.If, for any reason, you wish to return it, the following conditions apply: Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date you receive your jewel.
- The piece must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original box and packaging.
- All return shipping costs and any applicable duties (for non-EU Countries) ,are the responsibility of the buyer.
Once we receive your jewel, it will be carefully inspected. If it is in perfect condition, the refund will be processed immediately after the quality check.
Please note:
- Returns are only possible for jewels in stock, shipped exactly as they appear in our atelier.
- Made-to-order jewels (delivery in 4–5 weeks) and in-stock jewels that have been modified for size, engraving, or other custom details are considered bespoke pieces and cannot be refunded.
